is not working as described, write to [email protected].
Improved
Unclaimed topics use the page you already have
Before suggesting a new page, the action plan now looks through your site scan. If a page already covers the topic, the
plan says to improve that page — with detailed AI steps for it — and warns when two of your pages compete on
the same topic. Only when nothing covers it does it suggest a new page, and one click writes a plan for that page:
title, address, first lines, sections, FAQ and which of your pages should link to it. Also: “get listed”
actions now fit the business — no Google Shopping or marketplaces for service businesses.
Improved
Tips that use your own numbers
New accounts and trials now get a few short emails built from their own answers — the cheapest fix AI points to, the
competitor named instead, the #1 action on the plan — at most one a day, and a one-click link to stop them.
New
Branding for each business
On Pro and Agency, every business can now have its own report branding: keep your account’s, co-brand it
with the client’s logo (“Prepared by” stays yours), or give it a custom name, logo and colour. It is
used on that business’s PDF reports, scheduled reports, shared dashboard link and alert emails. Open the business’s
Setup page and click Report branding.
New
Change alerts
When something moves more than its normal day-to-day range — your score, a competitor AI never named before, a competitor
now named more often than you, a page AI stopped reading, a fix that worked, a topic where AI names nobody — you get
one email per business that morning, and it appears under the new bell in the header. Nothing on quiet days. Choose which
alerts you get, and who else receives them, in Settings. Starter and up.
New
Team seats
Invite your team from Settings → Team. Each person gets their own login — no shared passwords — and a
role: Admin (everything except billing and deleting the account), Member (works on every business) or
Viewer (sees everything, changes nothing). Seats, you included: Free 1, Starter 1, Pro 2, Agency 5. Invites last
7 days; removing someone signs them out at once.
New
Google search demand for every question
The Questions tab now shows how many people search Google each month for the short version of each tracked question
— Low, Medium or High, the monthly number, a 12-month line and whether it is rising or falling — and can sort
the questions by most searched first. The short Google search is written for you and can be changed with ✎.
Each number is measured in your area first, then your region or country when your area has too few searches —
and the place is shown under the number. Numbers come from Google Ads data, in your business's language, and refresh monthly. They are Google searches, not AI questions: how often a question
is asked in ChatGPT or Gemini isn't published by anyone, so we don't show a number for it. Starter and up.
New
Add any page to your action plan
In Your whole site, through AI's eyes, pages worth working on now have + Add to action plan. An added page
joins this month's plan with ready-made steps for its situation — never read by AI, read but rarely credited, or
missing your name, service or city — plus the questions it could answer and the competitor AI names instead.
Get detailed steps for this page has AI read the page and write steps for it. Mark it done and it is measured
before and after like every other action. Up to 25 pages a month on Pro and 50 per business on Agency; pages not done carry over to the next month and keep their place.
Pro and Agency.
Improved
Forms, thank-you, jobs and legal pages are no longer judged
The whole-site card now recognises utility pages — contact and other forms, thank-you pages, jobs, privacy and
terms, account and cart pages — by their address. They are left out of the opportunities, never flagged as
“thin” or “missing”, and listed under their own Utility pages filter. Articles are never treated as
utility pages, and a utility page AI does read still shows exactly what AI did with it.
Plans
Change plan without cancelling
On the Plan page, Switch to now changes your plan on your existing subscription — never a second one.
Upgrades start as soon as their payment goes through and keep your renewal date; downgrades and monthly/yearly changes happen at the next
renewal, so the time you paid for is never lost, and they can be undone until then. Switching during a free trial keeps
the trial's end date, and choosing a plan after cancelling starts it the day the current one ends. All your data carries
over in every case.
Improved
Citations without your name
The whole-site card now counts every time AI read one of your pages and then did not name you — split into
answers that named a competitor instead and answers that named no company at all. Each page AI has read shows the same
split (“cited 66× · named you 42 · 24 without your name”), a new Cited, not named filter lists the
pages losing the most credit first, and the PDF report carries the totals. The group formerly called “names
others” is now “rarely names you”, because some of those answers named nobody at all.
New
Your whole site, through AI's eyes
A new dashboard card reads every page in your sitemap (up to 25 on Starter, 100 on Pro, 200 per business on Agency)
and groups each one by what AI does with it today: reads it and names you, reads it but names others,
or has never read it. Every page is checked for what an AI answer needs: your name, the service and the place in
the opening lines, enough text to quote, and no "noindex" tag hiding it.
For the pages AI has never read, it shows the questions you track that each page could answer, how often you are named
there today, who AI names instead and where the page ranks on Google — biggest opportunity first. The scan runs
weekly in the background, or on demand once an hour; Pro and Agency reports include it.
New
Google rankings next to the AI answers
Every daily check already loads Google's results page for each tracked question to read the AI Overview. From today
it also records where your website ranks in the ordinary Google results on that page, so each question shows its
Google position beside what ChatGPT, Gemini, Google's AI and Perplexity said — on Starter and up, in the
Questions tab and a new Google rankings vs AI answers card.
On Pro and Agency the card adds gap alerts: questions where Google ranks you in the top 10 but AI never names
you, and questions where AI names you but Google doesn't rank you. Rankings also appear in Did my fix work?
and in the PDF report, with the AI crawler check. Rankings start from today's checks; earlier checks didn't keep them.
New
Is your site ready for AI? Crawler access and a first-lines check
A new dashboard card checks the two things that decide whether AI can use your website at all. First, the
AI crawlers: for ChatGPT's search and browsing crawlers, OpenAI's training crawler, Perplexity, Google,
Gemini, Bing/Copilot and Claude, it reads your robots.txt and then visits the home page as each crawler, so it
also catches a firewall (such as Cloudflare's AI-bot blocking) that refuses a crawler robots.txt allows.
Second, the pages AI reads: for the home page and the pages AI actually used in its answers, it shows
what AI reads first and whether those opening lines name the business, the service and the city, and whether the
page has business or FAQ structured data. Checked weekly, or on demand once an hour.
New
Did the fix work? Mark plan actions done and see before and after
Every action in the monthly plan now has Mark as done: pick the date the change went live and, if you like, a
short note (“added a Coquitlam page”). From that day the action is measured on its own questions — the
14 days before against the days since, on the AI systems that answered in both — and gets a plain verdict:
Worked, No change yet or Got worse, with the numbers. Until both sides have enough answers it says
Measuring and how many more days. Actions you won't do can be marked Not doing this, so they never count
as failures.
Each change also appears as a dashed line on the Every check chart, and the PDF report gains a page section,
What was done and what changed. Earlier months' plans can be opened from the Plan for picker, exactly as
written, with how each action turned out.
New
Custom dates on the dashboard, and a redesigned dashboard
Beside 7 days, 30 days, 3 months and All time there is now Custom dates, with This month and
Last month one click away. Pick any range and the whole dashboard follows it — the score, every card, the
tabs and the PDF — compared automatically with the same number of days just before (1–15 Sep against
17–31 Aug). Changes are now compared like for like, on the questions and AI systems asked in both periods, so
adding a question no longer switches the comparison off; if the earlier period was not tracked, the page says so.
The dashboard's cards were also redrawn to show numbers rather than sentences: AI systems as tiles, typed against
spoken side by side, a leaderboard of who AI names instead, topic cards, the buying journey as stages, and an action
plan with last month's results as before-and-after bars. It all works on phones and tablets.
Fixed
Scheduled report settings save again; setup tips for new accounts
Changing the scheduled PDF report in Settings (monthly, every two weeks, or never, and the day of the month) showed
"Saved" but did not keep the change — every account stayed on monthly, on the 1st. It saves now, and the page
shows the date of the next report.
New accounts also get up to four short setup emails in their first two weeks: a nudge if no business has been added,
a note when the first answers arrive, where to look after a week, and on the free plan what the paid plans add.
They can be switched off in Settings.
Improved
The action plan now notices when you lose out on spoken questions
On Pro and Agency, if AI names you clearly less often when a question is asked the way people speak than when it is
typed — at least 10 points lower, on 20 or more answers each way — the monthly plan adds an Asked out loud
action. It lists the spoken questions where you are named least and what your pages and Google Business Profile
should say plainly for them. Next month it is re-measured like every other action.
New
Perplexity, every morning, on Pro and Agency
Pro and Agency now put every tracked question to a fifth system, Perplexity, each morning alongside ChatGPT, Gemini,
Google AI Mode and AI Overviews. Its answers count in the score like the others, carry the pages Perplexity read, and
show as PPX in the question lists, the day view and the PDF. Free and Starter keep the four.
How it is asked: Perplexity's own web-searching model (Sonar), through its API, from your customer's country —
not the perplexity.ai page itself, so an answer can differ from what the app shows. The Ask AI now button still asks the four. The first Perplexity
answers arrive with the next morning's check, so older days show four systems and newer ones five.
New
Spoken questions
The question finder now writes two questions per topic the way people say them to a phone or a voice
assistant — "who's a good electrician near me that can come today?" — next to the typed ones. They carry a
spoken tag in Setup and the Question library, where a new Typed / Spoken filter separates them, and the
dashboard gains a Typed vs spoken tab once a spoken question has answers: the same four AI systems, asked
two ways, and whether they name you more one way than the other.
Spoken questions count toward your question limit like any other and are on Starter, Pro and Agency. What we do
not claim: hearing what any voice assistant says out loud, or how often a question is spoken. We measure what
ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI answer when asked that way, and nothing more.
Fixed
Signed in on the free finder; the first check after a first save
A signed-in customer opening the public question finder at /try was counted against the
visitors' daily limit and told to create an account they already had. It now points them to Setup, where the
full finder is. And a promise from 17 Sep — that a trial's first saved questions are checked immediately
rather than the next morning — had never actually fired. It does now.
New
A blog, written from the measurements
There is now a blog. The posts are built from what the four answering systems actually said
across the accounts we check every day, with the charts drawn from those numbers — not opinion pieces about
where AI search is heading.
The first one follows a single electrical contractor through three months of daily checks: the questions where
the answers name no company at all, how far apart the four systems are on the same question, and the neighbouring
city where the same firm is never mentioned.
Fixed
A Google Analytics connection that has lapsed now says so
When Google stopped accepting a connection — access withdrawn in the Google account, or a connection made
before the sign-in app was published — the Visits from AI card still called itself connected and printed the
read failure underneath it, with no way forward. It now says the connection has expired and offers a single
Reconnect button. Nothing already recorded is lost.
Change property no longer fails silently when the old access has lapsed.
Choosing a property for the first time can be left without disconnecting and starting again.
New
Sign in with Google, email confirmation, password reset
Continue with Google on the sign-in page: one click, no password, no confirmation step, because Google has
already confirmed the address. If you signed up with a password earlier and use Google later with the same email, it
is the same account.
New accounts made with a password get a Confirm your email link. Until it is clicked no business can be
added, so no check ever runs for an address nobody owns. A Your account is ready email follows the click.
Forgot your password? on the sign-in page: a reset link that works for 30 minutes, once. Resetting signs
you out everywhere else.
PlansNew
Monthly action plan on Pro and Agency
The dashboard said what happened; the plan says what to do about it, in what order. Up to eight actions chosen by
the measurement from the last 30 days of answers — a topic nobody claims, a page of yours AI read and then
recommended someone else, a directory AI reads for competitors only, the exact pages of a competitor's site AI
reads, a Google Business Profile job — each naming the thing to work on and the steps, ranked cheapest win first.
Next month every item is measured again: "shipping page: named 0 of 6 → 3 of 8". Progress is a measured
change, never a tick you set.
Competitor stores are told apart from directories by the data. You are never told to "get listed" on a rival's
shop; you are shown which of its pages AI reads, and what your own page must match.
The plan is in the dashboard and on its own page in the PDF report. Rebuild it from today's numbers once a week;
it rebuilds itself on the 1st. Free and Starter see how many actions are waiting.
Improved
Click a dot, see the pages
On the "Pages read" and "Used your site" charts, clicking a day now opens the list of your own pages AI read that
morning — how many answers read each, how many of those named you, which AI, and the questions that led there.
A page read without naming you is flagged: the page is doing the work and getting no credit. The Questions grid is one
click away, and the panel's headline number matches the chart you came from.
One page, one address: www, http, tracking tags and trailing slashes no longer make the same page count twice.
Improved
A Settings page, your branding on reports, ask about the product, an FAQ page
New Settings in the app header: change your password, choose the weekly-email day, set the "Prepared by" name, and
— on Pro and Agency — a logo and accent colour for PDF reports and shared dashboards (Pro keeps a small "Measured
by" line; Agency reports are fully white-labelled). Delete your whole account there too, as the privacy policy promises.
PDF reports now include everything the dashboard shows: buying stage, sites to get listed on, and visits from AI — and
you choose when the scheduled one arrives: monthly on the day you pick, every two weeks, or never.
A small "Ask about the product" bubble on every public page answers questions about pricing, the method, plans and
the Semrush comparison — from our own pages only, with a link to the page it used, and "I don't know, email
help@" for anything else. It is not a person and says so — and "Talk to a person" sends your question, with the chat
so far, to a person who replies by email within a working day. A new FAQ page answers the questions
people ask before signing up.
Pick any custom period on the Visits card and the comparison fills itself in with the same length immediately before.
Edit it only if you want a different comparison.
Privacy policy gains a full section on how Google Analytics data is protected. Automated signups are blocked by a hidden
trap field, a daily limit and a mail-domain check.
New
Share a dashboard, and a badge for your website
From the dashboard, create a read-only link to a business's dashboard for a client, a boss or a partner — no login,
updated with every check, nothing about your account visible. Turn it off any time and the link stops working.
A badge you can embed on your own site: "Named by AI in 68% of answers", your real rate for the last 30 days, updating
itself and linking to the read-only dashboard.
Signup protection against automated accounts: a hidden trap field, a small daily limit per connection, and a check
that the email's domain actually accepts mail.
PlansNew
More than one business per account
Pro tracks up to 3 businesses and Agency up to 10, on one login. Switch between them from the dropdown in the header;
add one from Setup. The plan's questions are shared across them, and the page tells you how many are left.
Free plan: tracked questions can be changed freely within a day of saving, then once every 30 days. The page shows
the date of the next change. Paid plans change any time.
After a downgrade, questions beyond the plan are marked paused and resume when you upgrade. Nothing is
deleted. Free accounts are now checked once a week, as the pricing page has always said.
One header on every page, signed in or not. The free check has been retired in favour of the
question finder.
Improved
Clearer dashboard
New score gauge and range bar: four solid bands (Low, Moderate, Strong, Dominant), your score marked on the ring, the
likely range shown as a block on the ruler.
"Sites to get listed on" now names the actual place — Google Business Profile, YouTube, Yelp, HomeStars, Reddit — with
a one-line what-to-do for each.
Buying-stage rows are clickable: open any stage to read the answers behind it. Stage pills are colour-coded
everywhere.
New
Visits from AI
Connect your Google Analytics (read-only, one click) or paste a one-line snippet, and the dashboard shows the sessions
that arrived from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok and others — by AI, by landing page, by week — with
how those visitors behaved against everyone else, and their share of all your traffic.
Compare any period with the one before, or two date ranges of your choosing.
Clicks from Google AI Overviews and AI Mode cannot be counted by anyone; the card says so rather than guessing.
Improved
A face for the product
Meet the lookout: a meerkat with a monocle, keeping watch. New logo in the header, footer and browser tab.
Plans
Paid plans open
Starter, Pro and Agency can be paid by card through Razorpay, monthly or annually (two months free on annual). Cancel
any time from the Plan page; the plan stays active until the end of what you paid for, then the account returns to Free
with every answer kept. A refund and cancellation policy is published.
The "Who AI names instead" list now includes your own business as a row, so you can open your named answers the
same way as a rival's.
New
Question finder, open to everyone
Type a business name and website at /try: we read the site, work out what it sells and where it
serves, and write the questions its customers ask AI — no account needed. Sign up from there and the questions arrive
in your account already set up.
Every question carries a place tag. One naming somewhere we could not find on your site is flagged, never
dropped — our reading is a guess, you decide.
The site reader finds every service-area page, not just the ones on the home page (Kato Electrical: all 14 areas).
Remove a business from Setup, typed-name confirmation, everything about it deleted.
About, Contact, Security, Privacy, Terms and Refunds pages; a proper 404; sitemap and robots.
New
PDF reports
A report for any period, generated on demand from the dashboard or emailed, and a monthly one sent on the first of
the month to everyone with a month of data. Same numbers as the dashboard, same "what to do next", with a "Prepared by"
line for agencies.
The chart of daily checks is now in colour: named, cited and pages read as three switchable series.
Improved
What to do next, and honest comparisons
The dashboard names concrete next steps from the answers: a page AI read but did not credit, a question nobody
claims, a topic a rival owns, a market where Google shows a map instead of an AI answer.
Period comparisons are made only on the same set of questions. Change the set and the comparison says so instead
of comparing two different things.
Filters on the question library: tracked / asked / never asked, and by buying stage.
New
Pricing page, and questions written from your website
The in-app question writer now reads your site first, so questions fit what you actually sell. Re-read your site any
time; a changed reading earns a free new set of questions. Pricing published: Free, Starter, Pro,
Agency.
New
Weekly email
One email a week, on the day you choose: your score with its range, the question that moved most, who was named
instead. It says "normal movement" when the change is inside the range, because that is the truth.
New
Public demo
A real customer's dashboard, on real answers, updated every morning: Kato Electrical. Click any
question to read exactly what each AI said. A retry sweep now re-asks the day's failed checks so a timeout is not a gap.
Fixed
Names versus citations
A link to your site in an answer is a citation, not a mention. The reader now tells them apart, so "named" means the
AI wrote your name in the answer and "cited" means it read your page. Failed checks, interrupted runs and Google
answers with no AI Overview are recorded as what they are — never as a zero.
New
Accounts, daily checks, dashboard
Sign up, choose the questions to track, and every morning they are put to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google
AI Overviews from your customer's location. Every answer is kept. The dashboard shows the score, its range, and the
answers behind every number. First real customer on board.
New
First measurements
Four AI systems asked the same questions, twice a day, for a week. The finding that shaped the product: the same
question scores 13 one hour and 25 the next. So the score always carries a range, checks are plotted as dots, and one
sample a day is kept forever.
Dates are the day a change went live. Earlier entries are summarised. Prices and plan limits quoted above are
as of the entry date; the pricing page is always current.
Ask about the productAnswers come from our own pages, with a link. Not a person.
