Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel any time. Refunds are simple because the pricing is.

Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time from the Plan page in your account, or by emailing [email protected] from the account's address.
• Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep the paid plan's limits until the end of the period already paid for, then the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted; your history stays readable.

Refunds

• First payment on a plan: if you ask within 14 days of the first charge, we refund it in full, no reason needed.
• Monthly renewals: not refunded once the month has started, because the daily checks for that month have already been bought from the AI providers. Cancel before the renewal date and there is no charge.
• Annual plans: refundable within 14 days of the charge. After that, an annual plan can be cancelled and the unused full months are refunded pro rata, with the months used charged at the monthly price.
• Our fault: if the service was down or not measuring for a substantial part of a period you paid for, we refund that period on request, whatever the dates.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method used, through Razorpay, within 5–10 working days of our confirmation. We do not refund in cash or to a different account.

Free trials

• Pro and Agency have a 7-day free trial. A card is needed; your bank may take a small refundable card check. Cancel before day 7 and the plan price is never charged.
• If you don't cancel, the plan price is charged on day 7 and the plan renews from then. We email you two days before.
• One free trial per person and per website. A trial already used on another account — including one since deleted — doesn't start again.

Changing plan

• Upgrading (to a bigger plan on the same billing) updates your existing subscription and starts as soon as the payment for it goes through. Your renewal date stays the same.
• Downgrading, or moving between monthly and yearly, happens at your next renewal. You keep your current plan until then, and you can undo the change before that date. No partial refund is made for the rest of the current period.
• Switching plan during a free trial keeps the trial's end date.
• Your answers, reports and plans are kept whichever way you change. Questions over a smaller plan's limit are paused, never deleted.

Free plan

The Free plan is free and can be left at any time by deleting the account. There is nothing to refund.
