Terms of service

Last updated 7 September 2026

Short, because the service is simple. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

The service is provided by Bedi SEO Mohali, Punjab, India ("we", "us")

1. What the service is

AI Visibility Tracking asks questions of AI systems (currently ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews) about a business you choose, stores the answers, and reports whether and how the business was named. It also reads the business's public website to write those questions, and sends reports by email.

2. What we measure, and what we don't promise

3. Your account

4. Plans, limits and payment

5. Your data

You own the questions, readings and reports about your business. You give us permission to process them to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. Removing a business or closing the account deletes them.

6. Our data and content

The software, the site and its text are ours. You may quote readings and reports about your own business freely, including to clients if you are an agency.

7. Availability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Scheduled checks that fail are retried; those that still fail are recorded as missing, not as zero. We are not liable for loss arising from unavailability, delayed readings, or the content of AI answers.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business or profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from the app or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks section 3, with notice where practical. On closure, section 5 applies.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before any formal dispute, both sides agree to try to settle the matter by email within 30 days. Courts at the place of the provider's address have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your country gives you the right to your local courts.

11. Changes

If these terms change materially, the date above changes and account holders are emailed at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance.
