Each plan reads your website, writes the questions your buyers ask, puts them to ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews (plus Perplexity on Pro and Agency), keeps every answer, and scores you with the range around the number. Every plan gets the reports, the weekly email, the visits AI sends to your website and the full record. The only things that change are how many questions you track, how often, and how many businesses.
Most businesses know within a minute.
Plans differ in size, never in honesty. These are in all four, including Free.

Upgrading (to a bigger plan, same billing) updates your existing subscription and starts as soon as the payment for it goes through; your renewal date stays the same. Downgrading, or moving between monthly and yearly, happens at your next renewal — you keep what you paid for until then, and can undo it before then. Switching during a free trial keeps the trial's end date. Every answer, report and plan is kept either way; questions over a smaller plan's limit are paused, never deleted.
One buying question — "best electrician in Burnaby BC" — asked of every AI system on your plan on every check — four, or five with Perplexity on Pro and Agency. Your plan sets how many you can have ticked at once; you can change which ones any time.
The Ask AI now button: one question put to all four systems, twice each, on demand. Answers go into the drawer for reading; they never move your score, which uses scheduled checks only.
One run of the question finder: it reads your website and writes topics and questions for your market. Most businesses need one or two. Your first set is free before you even sign up, at /try — sign up from there and it arrives in your account already ticked. If we misread your business, correcting it is free and does not use a set.
Each daily check on ten questions costs us real money at the AI providers. Weekly is enough to see where you stand; daily is what shows movement, which is the thing worth paying for.
On paid plans, any time — tick, untick, save. On Free, you can change them freely within a day of saving (to fix a slip), then once every 30 days. The page tells you the date of your next change, and nothing is ever locked silently. Answers already collected for a question are always kept.
Pro tracks up to 3 and Agency up to 10, on one login, each with its own dashboard, question library and weekly email. The plan's questions are shared across them — on Agency, 200 questions is 20 each for ten clients, or 50 each for four. Free and Starter track one. Need more than ten? Email sales.
No. Nobody outside OpenAI and Google can count how often a question is asked in AI, so we don't print a number that would be invented. What we do show, on Starter and up, is Google search demand for each question — how many people search Google for it each month and whether that is rising — clearly labelled as Google searches.
The button tells you, in plain words, and nothing is lost: your tracked questions keep running and the allowance resets on the first of the month. Upgrading takes effect immediately.
The same things as your dashboard, for the period you choose: score with its range, named and cited rates, who AI names instead, what changed since the previous period on the same questions, and what to do next. Download it whenever you like, and one arrives by email on the first of every month.
On Pro and Agency, a monthly list of up to eight actions chosen by the measurement itself: a topic nobody claims, a page of yours AI read and then recommended someone else, a directory AI reads for competitors only, the exact pages of a competitor's site AI reads, a Google Business Profile job. Each names the thing to work on and the steps, ranked cheapest win first. Next month every item is measured again — "named 0 of 6 → 3 of 8" — so you can see whether the work moved the number. It is in the dashboard and in the PDF.
Two ways, both on every plan. Connect your Google Analytics with one click (we ask for read-only access and nothing else) and the dashboard reads the sessions that arrived from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Claude, Grok and the rest, by page and by week. Or, if you do not use Google Analytics, paste one line of code on your site. One thing nobody can count: clicks from Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, because Google reports them as ordinary Google traffic. We say so on the card rather than guess.
Yes, on every plan. From the dashboard, create a read-only link — the client sees that business's dashboard, updated with every check, with no login and nothing about your account. Turn it off any time and the link stops working. The same page gives you a small badge for your website showing your named-by-AI rate for the last 30 days.
Yes, on Starter and up. Every daily check already loads Google's results page for each tracked question to read the AI Overview; we also record where your site ranks in the ordinary results there, so each question shows its Google position next to what the AI systems said. Pro and Agency add gap alerts — questions where Google ranks you but AI never names you, and the other way round — and show the rankings in "Did my fix work?" and the PDF report. Every plan, including Free, gets the AI crawler check.
Yes, on Pro and Agency: every morning, alongside ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and AI Overviews, and it counts in your score like the others. We ask Perplexity's own web-searching model (Sonar) through its API, from your customer's country — not the perplexity.ai page itself, so an answer can differ from what the app shows. Free and Starter check the other four. The Ask AI now button asks the four, not Perplexity.
A question phrased the way a person says it to a phone or a voice assistant — "who's a good electrician near me that can come today?" rather than "electrician Burnaby". Paid plans get them alongside typed questions, tagged spoken, and the dashboard shows whether AI names you more when the question is spoken. They count in your question limit like any other. We do not claim to hear what Siri or Alexa says aloud, and there is no count of how often anything is spoken — nobody has that number.
Any time, from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and your history stays readable on the free plan.
Start on the free plan in a minute, or try Pro for 7 days with daily checks, Perplexity and the monthly action plan.
