Questions people ask

Plain answers, kept current. If yours is not here, the "Ask about the product" bubble answers from these pages, and [email protected] reaches a person.

Understanding it

Is this SEO? Do I still need SEO?

It is the measurement SEO never had for AI answers. Classic SEO gets you into Google's ten blue links; this shows whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI actually recommend you when a customer asks. You still need a good website and listings — that is what the AI reads. The dashboard tells you which of those pages and listings the AI trusts, so your SEO effort goes where it changes the answer.

My score is 0 — is it broken?

Usually not. Open the question: if the AI answered but named other businesses, you are simply not being recommended yet — that is the finding. If the AI named nobody, or Google showed no AI Overview, the answer is recorded as exactly that and does not count against you. A failed check is shown as a failure, never as zero. Give it a few days; one morning is one sample.

Can I add my own questions?

Yes. In the Question library, type any question in the search box and it is added to your library; tick it to track it. The finder writes questions from your website to save you the work, but you decide what is tracked.

How do I get AI to recommend me?

By being on the pages the AI reads. The dashboard lists them for your market — "Sites to get listed on" — with what to do for each: a Google Business Profile with your services and areas, the directories your rivals are on, a page on your own site that answers the exact question, reviews that mention the service. Then watch the line: a change that works shows up as the AI starts naming you on that question.

How long until I see results?

Your first reading arrives on the first check. A trustworthy line needs two to four weeks of daily checks, because single answers move on their own. After you change something on your site or listings, expect weeks rather than days before the AI answers reflect it — the systems re-read the web on their own schedule.

Does it work for an online store, a B2B company, or outside the US?

Yes to all three. The finder reads the site and writes buying questions for what it sells, whether that is a local trade, an online store shipping nationwide, or a business selling to other businesses. Questions are asked from the customer's country; sixteen English-speaking countries are supported today.

What are "spoken questions"? Is this voice search tracking?

Spoken questions are phrased the way a person says it to a phone or a voice assistant — "who's a good electrician near me that can come today?" rather than "electrician Burnaby". On paid plans the finder writes them alongside typed questions, they carry a spoken tag, and the dashboard's Typed vs spoken tab shows whether AI names you more when a question is asked that way. It is not voice search tracking in the sense some tools sell: nobody can hear what Siri or Alexa says aloud, and there is no count of how often a question is spoken. We ask the same AI systems, phrased that way, and record what they answer.

Do you show search volume for my questions?

Yes — Google search volume, on Starter and up. For each tracked question the Questions tab shows how many people search Google each month for its short version (for example “panel upgrade cost”): Low, Medium or High, whether that is rising or falling, and the busiest month, with the area it was measured in. It comes from Google Ads data and refreshes monthly; you can change the Google search used. What we don't show is “AI search volume”: nobody outside OpenAI and Google can count how often a question is asked in ChatGPT or Gemini, so we don't print a number for it.

Will you tell me when something changes?

Yes, on Starter and up. After each morning’s check we compare your numbers with a week ago, and when something moves more than its normal range you get one email per business that morning, and it shows under the bell at the top of the dashboard: your score rising or dropping, becoming or losing #1, a new competitor or one overtaking you, being named for a question for the first time (or no longer), a page AI started or stopped reading, moving onto or off Google’s first page, a fix that worked, a new open door, and your monthly action plan. Nothing is sent on quiet days. In Settings you choose which alerts you get, and agencies can add their clients’ emails. Free plans keep the weekly email.

Can my team or my clients use one account?

Yes. On Pro (2 seats) and Agency (5 seats) you invite people from Settings → Team. Each person gets their own login, with no shared passwords, and a role: Admin (everything except billing and deleting the account), Member (works on every business) or Viewer (sees everything, changes nothing). Seats follow your plan, and you can remove someone at any time, which signs them out at once. For a client who only needs to look, the read-only share link still works without a login.

Do you integrate with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zapier or Looker?

Not yet. Today the outputs are the dashboard, the weekly email, PDF reports, a read-only share link and the badge. Google Analytics is the one integration, for counting visits from AI. If an integration matters to you, tell us which — [email protected] — it shapes what gets built next.

When does the PDF report arrive?

On the schedule you set in Settings: monthly on the day of the month you choose (1st to 28th), every two weeks on your weekly-email day, or never. New accounts get it monthly on the 1st. For a report on any period right now, use Download PDF on the dashboard.

Can I white-label the reports?

Yes, on Pro and Agency. On the Plan page, add your name, logo and an accent colour; PDF reports and shared dashboards then carry them. Pro keeps a small "Measured by AI Visibility Tracking" line; Agency removes it entirely. Every plan can put a "Prepared by" name on reports. Your own domain on the shared page is not offered.

Can I pay in rupees, by PayPal, or by invoice?

Prices are in US dollars, charged by Razorpay, which accepts international cards; Indian cards can pay in rupees at checkout. PayPal is not supported. Annual Agency plans can be paid by invoice — email [email protected]. There is no agency or non-profit discount beyond the two free months on annual plans.

Plans and money

The pricing page answers these in detail: What counts as a question tracked? What is a live check? Can I change my questions after saving them? Can I track more than one business? Can I share my dashboard with a client? What happens when I hit a limit? Can I cancel?
